RACE POINTS

The following points system will be followed to determine an overall winner for each category* at the end of the season.  You must race in 8 races to qualify for overall prizes.

11th or lower, including DNFs, will receive 1 point.

FIRST-TIME RACER CLASS UPDATE

A lot of people have been asking me about the rules of the First-time Racers class.  I am implementing the following rule for all the races.  If you win 2 first-timer races then you will have to move to the Beginner class the rest of the season.  This gives multiple people the chance to get a win.  First-time racers will not have an overall winner at the end of the season because of this new rule.

CHANGING CLASSES

I want to make sure everyone understands the following rule.  When you start the season in a category you can only move up when changing categories.  You cannot move back down once you've raced up.  Please stay in the category you started in the first two races, unless you've moved up. 

- Please do not ask race officials where you finished while the race is in progress

- If you DNF then please let us know as soon as you get back to the staging area

- Please stay off the course when you're done.  If you want to ride another lap then please remove your 

  number plate so we don't confuse you with riders still in the race

NOTE:  The Promoter reserves the right to combine classes without prior notice!  There are no refunds unless an event is cancelled.
